21 Series Package

The 21 Series package documents the critical construction interfaces that enable the building envelope to be constructed accurately on site.

Developed during RIBA Stage 4, this package focused on creating coordinated construction details that balanced buildability, thermal continuity, waterproofing and fire performance while responding to consultant information throughout the design process.

The drawings shown demonstrate a selection of technical details developed for the Oldham Residential Project, including façade junctions, window interfaces and roof connections. Each detail was coordinated within Revit and managed through Autodesk Construction Cloud to ensure consistent information delivery.
